All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your order, we're committed to finding a fair solution whenever possible. Eligible items may qualify for an exchange or store credit in accordance with the policy below.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of confirmed delivery for eligible items.

To qualify, your order must:

• Be in its original, unused condition.
• Include all original packaging, tags, and ties intact.
• Show no signs of installation, wear, styling, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, or alteration of any kind.

We strongly encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before installing or altering the hair. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before the product is used.

Once hair has been installed, worn, customized, or otherwise altered, it is no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.

Why Can't Used Hair Be Returned?

The performance and longevity of luxury hair extensions depend on many factors, including installation, coloring, heat styling, products used, and ongoing maintenance.

Because these factors are outside of Séra's control, we cannot verify the original condition of hair once it has been altered. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange or store credit, please email info@thefleurstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for your request
• Clear photos of the unopened, unused product

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

What Does "Unused Condition" Mean?

Hair must remain exactly as it was received.

The product must not have been:

• Installed or worn
• Washed or conditioned
• Brushed or combed
• Heat styled
• Colored, toned, or bleached
• Chemically treated
• Cut or trimmed
• Removed from its original ties or packaging

Any product that has been altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

Contact Us Before Returning Your Order

Please do not return any merchandise without first receiving approval from our customer support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance, as Séra is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

If your exchange request is approved, you may exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value.

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Any price difference between products
• Applicable shipping charges for the replacement order

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

At this time, Séra ships within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of Séra's control. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee transit times.

Order Tracking

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive an email confirming your order.

As soon as your package ships, we'll send a second email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Séra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout. Due to our fast processing times, we're unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
